An innovative solution called Autonomous Building Operations, which aims to transform information from sensors distributed throughout buildings and occupant feedback into intelligent management decisions. This solution reduces up to 70% of HVAC related costs without compromising tenants' comfort.
Agenda Illiance
The ILLIANCE Agenda is an ecosystem of projects aiming for carbon neutrality in the building sector, which accounts for 40% of global CO₂ emissions. Built upon three pillars—health, comfort, and sustainability—ILLIANCE develops innovative technologies, including sustainable electrification (heat pumps), the use of green hydrogen (H2 hybrid equipment), intelligent energy management platforms, and solutions for building efficiency and performance.
AI Controller for Lights
The AI Controller for Lights project aims to develop and integrate a new artificial intelligence module into Bandora.OM, improving the performance of automated lighting control systems in buildings. By collecting building data, correlating it with occupant feedback, and applying AI-based methods, the project will optimize responsive lights and blinds, increase energy efficiency, improve visual and thermal comfort, and validate the technology across different usage contexts.
